2.1. You confirm and agree to not submit at any time, any material which:

2.2.4. which encourages or teaches conduct that is a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or is otherwise unlawful.

Accordingly, Oracle shall have any and all rights to use, copy, distribute and disclose this to third parties at all times in Oracle's absolute discretion.
2.3 You confirm that in respect of any and all information and/or material submitted by you, you own the rights in everything you submit or in the event that you do not, you have obtained the relevant permissions from the rights owner to submit the material.
2.4. Oracle will not be responsible or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials submitted by you and in the event that Oracle becomes responsible or liable in any way, you agree to fully indemnify Oracle for any costs, losses or any such other amounts which they have incurred as a result of this.
2.5. Oracle are not obliged to use material submitted by you and may at their absolute discretion remove from the Website and their database any of the material submitted by you.
3.1. If the Website is unavailable for any reason and at any time (including for any period of time), Oracle shall not be liable to you for such an occurrence.

These Terms are subject to and governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim brought by you arising from, or related to, use of the Site and these Terms.
